Overview

Goods once sold mostly can’t be refunded.

We issue 100% refund only first 04 hours after placed a success order with us.

We issue only 95% amount of your paid to us after 04 hours of placing your order with us.

If you cancel your order once that dispatched from our side, in that condition “We charge shipping amount” from your paid amount to us.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 07 days after delivery

Late or Missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your debit-credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

livedges.com has put no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item. In case you are not happy with the order you have received or you found some issue in the quality/size or colour of the item, please inform customer care immediately of this issue so that it can be return back to us, and we will arrange for return shipping. Products returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you.

Return of products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original packaging and within 07 days from the date of purchase or delivery. We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 working hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach back to our order processing center.

Please note that livedges.com have full right to do not accept refund, returns or exchanges.

If your refund approved your paid amount will be initiated only in your original mode of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced item may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We not accept any of our product exchange, accept only from damaged products (only accept – need a video proof of receiving and opening the product.)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Fraudulent / Declined transactions

livedges.com reserves the right to recover the cost of products, collection charges, and lawyers fees and other expenses from persons using the site fraudulently. livedges.com reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation by customer

In case of requests for order cancellations, livedges.com reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. For cancellation of orders that have been dispatched please refer to our returns section below. livedges.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by livedges.com and accepts livedges.com decision regarding the cancellation.

livedges.com also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:

Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be returned back in your source account.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been debited, the said amount will be reversed back in your source account.

How to return

Please write on our mail us at help@livedges.com and obtain a return reference no. And we shall have the parcel picked within 24-72 working hours.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

Ensure order number is correctly written on the return label/ etc.

Package the item in its original packaging, we request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the goods.

If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case if the shipment is damaged or an item is missing, livedges.com will not be responsible for such damage. Hence, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.

Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this policy.

Also note that any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Contact us.

you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund clause

livedges.com return policy offers you the option to return items purchased within 07 days of the receipt or delivery. In case of cod returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the products into your bank account only. For the same kindly share your beneficiary name, bank account no. And bank IFSC code with a cancelled cheque at help@livedges.com In case of prepaid refunds, the amount would be refunded in the same account through which you have made the payment.

Also, please note that the cash on delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. All returns are subject to livedges.com discretion which shall be deemed final and binding. we have full right to decline any refunds.
