1. Do I need to sign up with livedges.com before I place my order ?
- No. We do have an option of guest- checkout. Though signing up with livedges.com is quick & easy and saves time on your next order. You can store your preferred addresses, track orders, save wish list, store different payment methods. You also receive special promotion codes. But above all, you become part of our small artistic community that is full of craft, colour, and excitement.
2. How do I register ?
- You can register with us on our my account page.
3. I'm unable to login into my account ?
- We are always there to help you. Please email us the issue along with the screenshot to us and we will look after it.
4. I forgot my password. What should I do now ?
- Don’t panic. Just click on lost your password button on the login page. Follow the prompt. An email will be sent to you on your registered email address, please follow the link to reset your password. If you don’t get a email in your inbox kindly check your spam folder also.
5. How do I know if my order was placed successfully ?
- Once you placed the order on our website, you will receive the confirmation email on your registered email id with the summary of order.
6. I have placed the order, how can I track the status ?
- You can track the order by logging into your account on livedges website’s livedges.com. Click on track order button to get the status of your order. or go to TRACK ORDERÂ link is mentioned in bottom.
7. Is same product available as showing on website ?
- Yes, all showing products are available, we post only available products on our online store products once sold is permanently removed from our website.
