Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 32 business hours and shipped through a domestic courier company. The best possible attempt shall be made to deliver orders within 3 to 7 business days from the date of pickup or invoice. 

However, there may be delays in delivering to remote areas / villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies. Delay in delivery may be attributed to unfavorable conditions including but not limited to bad weather, epidemic or pandemic, government order, strike, curfew, natural calamities. livedges.com shall in no case be liable for any mental agony or loss caused due to delay in delivery. In case of multiple orders being placed at different addresses, separate orders shall be placed for each address. Tracking details shall be sent to your registered email id as and when products are released from our premises.

Every attempt shall be made to ensure on-time safe delivery of your order by both livedges.com and the courier partner. The liability of livedges.com shall be limited to the cost of good/ order in case of any damage or loss of good in transit. livedges.com will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the end-user arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. livedges.com reserves the right to make delivery of the goods in installments. If the goods are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if livedges.com fails to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments.
